Abstract
Novel cyclopropyl nucleosides were synthesized as potential antiviral agent s. The key intermediate 5, prepared from Feist's acid 1 was condensed with purine derivatives by the S(N)2 type reaction. All the synthesized compound s were evaluated for antiviral activity.
