Abstract
Subscapularis tendon injuries, if left undiagnosed, can result in significa nt disability for individual patients. This article outlines the anatomy, t echniques of diagnosis, and a method of repair that has been successful in the senior author's hands. Early recognition and aggressive operative repai r are emphasized.
