Abstract
The structure of the inclusion complex of Lappaconitine (Lap) and beta -cyc
lodextrin (beta -CD) was studied by the UV, infrared, and NMR spectroscopy,
as well as X-ray powder diffractometry. The stability constant of the comp
lex in water is 275 M-1, determined from the straight line portion of the p
hase-solubility diagram.
