Abstract
Pseudoclassical models for spinning particles in odd dimensions and th eir quantization are discussed. A new model is derived from the path i ntegral representation for the Dirac propagator in the dimensions unde r consideration. A model for higher spin particles can be constructed by analogy. Its quantization for spin one and 2 + 1 dimensions leads t o the theory of Chern-Simons particles.
