Abstract
In the last 2 years there has been considerable progress in investigating t he genetic and immunologic background of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. This review focuses on genetics and the role of T-cells in the immunopatho genesis of the disease, with particular reference to psoriatic arthritis. ( C) 2001 Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, Inc.
