Abstract
A case is reported of a 65-year-old male patient with schizophrenia who dev eloped depersonalization-derealization syndrome following treatment with qu etiapine, an atypical antipsychotic. The literature is reviewed for possibl e biological mechanisms that may account for this phenomenon.
