Abstract
Communication: A new method to synthesize uniform polyaniline-coated compos ite microparticles was contrived considering the surface reactivity and por ous structure of substrate polymer particles. It was found that the pore di ameter together with the epoxy functional group plays a crucial role in con trolling the structure of polyaniline shell. The polyaniline composite part icles produced om this study are believed to find great applicability in pi ezoelectronics and as electro-rheological fluids.
