, The main signs and symptoms in establishing the presumptive diagnosi
s and the essential contribution of magnetic resonance in confirming t
he diagnosis are mentioned. Finally, we review the bleeding complicati
ons due to thrombolytic agents and therapeutic prospects and prognosis
in this pathology.
