Abstract
Using the Green's function representation of the solutions of a periodic li near difference problem and the decomposition of a general n - th order lin ear operator in function of first and second order ones, we derive comparis on results valid to develop monotone iterative techniques for some nonlinea r n - th order periodic difference equations.
