Abstract
We describe a patient who suffered from chronic progressive granulomatous l ung disease. He had no clinical or microbiological evidence of infection. A fter failure of treatment with interferon-gamma and trimethoprim-sulfametho xazole, he responded dramatically to orticosteroids. (C) 2001 Wiley-Liss, i nc.
