Abstract
Here we report the data on the influence of annealing temperature on superc onducting properties of ScNi2B2C borocarbide. Measurements of the supercond ucting transition temperature T-c have been carried out on polycrystal ScNi 2B2C samples annealed at temperatures 300 degreesC, 400 degreesC, 500 degre esC, 580 degreesC, 600 degreesC, 650 degreesC and 680 degreesC for 24 h. We distinguished a new superconducting phase of Sc-Ni-B-C with the lattice pa rameters a = 3.54 Angstrom and c = 10.55 Angstrom (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
