Abstract
The perylene-3,4,9, 10-tetracarboxylic-dianhydride (PTCDA) and naphthalene is 1,4,5,8-tetracarboxylic is dianhydride (NTCDA) organic macromolecules fi lms were deposited onto metal Cu(111) and semiconductor ZnO(0001) surfaces. The total current spectra during films evaporation were measured. The PTCD A and NTCDA unoccupied electronic structure formation was studied. Two diff erent formation modes are observed.
