Fk. Schmidt et al., Nature of hydrogenation catalysts on the basis of palladium bis-acetylacetonate and triephenylphosphine, REACT KIN C, 73(2), 2001, pp. 391-398
The formation mechanism of microheterogeneous hydrogenation catalysts based
on phosphinepalladium (II) complexes has been considered. According to ele
mental analysis, X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy, NMR, and IR spectr
oscopy, the catalyst is a nanoscale palladium organophosphorus matrix and (
or) palladium phosphide with immobilized palladium clusters.
