Abstract
This paper presents an experimental study on Ni(II) ion sorbtion, from solu tions, on various ion exchanger types as well as the Ni(II) ion concentrati on, in small volumes, at the resins regeneration with various eluents. The posiibility of using the ion exchangers in the treatment of the waste water s, containing Ni(II) ions, from the parts washing is studied; conclusions c an be drawn regarding the advantages and disadvantages of applying various ion exchanger types, in order to find the most advantageous type, both from the economical and technological point of view.
