Abstract
The title compound, C7H9N5O4.2H(2)O, makes use of the two waters of cr ystallization to form a hydrogen-bonded network which utilizes all ava ilabIe N-H and O-H groups as hydrogen-band donors. The shortest interm olecular O-H...O bond is 2.491(3) Angstrom.
