Product graduation serves the promotion of consumption and thus the sale of
products; product instructions have to point out boundaries of food handli
ng for the customer and even to warn against existing residual risks despit
e correct use of the product. It also has to inform about the way of acting
such as preparation, conditions of consumption and keeping by which the im
plementation of product dangers can be avoided. The possible consequences c
oncerning daring statements and missing or insufficient product instruction
s are point out.
