B. Gabriel et al., Ectopic pregnancy in a noncommunicating heterotopic fallopian tube associated with unicornuate uterus: A case report, GEBURTSH FR, 61(8), 2001, pp. 617-621
We describe a 29-year-old patient with an unruptured pregnancy in a noncomm
unicating heterotopic right fallopian tube. The tube was associated with an
unicornuate uterus (Buttram class II) with a normal contralateral tube and
ovary and agenesis of the right kidney. The corpus luteum of pregnancy was
in the left ovary. This case provides evidence for transperitoneal sperm a
nd oocyte migration.
