Abstract
The anomalous concentration dependence of the effective internal field in F eCo-Al2O3 granular films is explained in terms of local structure inhomogen eities. Using AFM, SQUID and FMR data it has been deduced that the composit ion of local film regions differs from the nominal one determined by EDAX.
