Abstract
Three-coordinate zinc complexes are potential catalysts for the ring-openin g of cyclic monomers such as lactide and oxiranes. By use of a bulky Schiff base ligand, monomeric zinc amide and phenoxide are prepared and character ized by X-ray crystallography.
