Abstract
The temperature and field dependence of magnetization has been measured for amorphous Fe90-cMncZr10 alloys with c = 0-8. The magnetization data have b een analyzed over a wide range of temperatures below Tc using spin-fluctuat ion theory. This analysis indicates that spin fluctuations are enhanced by Mn substitution and are suppressed by the application of an external magnet ic field. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
