Abstract
The magnetic properties of FeSmO films have been investigated in conjunctio n with thermal treatment. The FeSmO films were prepared by the RF magnetron sputtering method in Ar atmosphere. The film annealed at 500 degreesC had the good soft magnetic properties due to the grain growth of alpha -Fe. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
