Abstract
Quaternary CoCrPtNb thin films have been sputter-deposited and their magnet ic and microstructural properties have been determined as a function of ann ealing. Coercivity, crystallography and magnetic interactions are shown to be dependent on composition and annealing conditions. (C) 2001 Elsevier Sci ence B.V. All rights reserved.
