Abstract
The technique of Brillouin light scattering has been used to observe the ex citation of spin waves by a microwave current injected through point contac ts in trilayers of Fe/Cr/Fe at room temperature. The observations provide s trong evidence that in some situations the field due to electronic spin inj ection dominates the excitation process. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
