Abstract
Neurones recruiting and synchronized bioelectric activity recorded from Hel ix aspersa brain ganglia, under exposure to 50 Hz sinusoidal magnetic field s of 1-15 mT intensity, is reported. We show recruiting responses from sing le neurones and the synchronization of pairs of neurones activity. Experime ntal evidence and model theoretical explanation for the spreading of synchr onization are presented. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved .
