Abstract
Wood pallets manufactured by impregnating and coating wood with selected po lyurethane resins performed comparably to steel control pallets in decontam ination of major chemical warfare agents before and after being subjected t o various rough-handling and strength test procedures. Cost calculations sh owed that the wood pallets would be competitive with steel pallets.
