Abstract
An experimental method for producing SiO2 micro-tubes in the argon plasma j et is presented. SiO2 micro-tubes, having the exterior diameter between 10 and 11.2 mum, and respectively the interior diameter between 3.44 and 6.49 mum were obtained. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
