Abstract
The paper presents an experimental set-up for obtaining particles in plasma jet and for obtaining SiO2 particles out of worn out chamotte rods in argo n plasma jet. The dependence of particle dimensions on plasma jet velocity field and characteristics of the electrical current source is discussed. Si O2 particles with the diameter ranging from 100 to 1200 mum are obtained th rough parameters adjustment. The particles thus obtained are used for produ cing nano-micro-systems.
