Abstract
We consider boundary value problems in a domains with non Lipschitz boundar y. More exactly we consider domains with intersecting cuspidal edges on the boundary. The boundary of domains oscillates near a singular manifold. Con ditions for the operator of boundary value problem to be Fredholm in weight ed Sobolev spaces are given.
