The case of a non-tuberculous mycobacterial infection of the parotid g land, presenting in a 15 year old female, is described, The patient pr esented with a six week history of a rapidly expanding, discrete parot id mass. Definitive management involved surgical removal of the mass b y superficial parotidectomy, Current investigation and management of n ontuberculous mycobacterial infections of the parotid gland is reviewe d.
