Abstract
Astragalus aytatchii Akan & Civelek sp. nova (Fabaceae) from middle Anatoli a, Turkey, is described and illustrated in line drawings. It is compared wi th the closely related A. elatus Boiss & Bal. Both species belong to Astrag alus sect. Alopecuroidei DC. (= Alopecias Bunge).
