Abstract
We report a case involving a 15-year-old girl with atypical, clinically uns uspected cat scratch disease (CSD) presenting as isolated posterior pancrea tic duodenal lymphadenitis, fever, and abdominal pain. The serological, abd ominal ultrasonographic, and CT findings, as well as clinical and epidemiol ogical data, indicate that B. henselae was likely an etiologic agent of CSD in our patient.
