Abstract
Mycobacterium chelonae infection has not to our knowledge been reported as a complication of endogenous Cushing's syndrome. We describe a patient who presented with sporotrichoid M. chelonae infection and olecranon bursitis w hose symptoms did not completely resolve until after bilateral adrenalectom y.
