Abstract
A novel titanium(IV) phosphate, (NH4)(0.79)(P1.14Ti0.86)O-3.93(OH)(2.07), h as been prepared using hydrothermal synthesis with H3PO3, TiCl4, H2O2 and ( NH2)(2)CO; powder X-ray structure determination reveals the P(V) as hexa-co ordinated. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
