Abstract
A lamellar semimagnetic semiconductor. Sn1-xMnxSe2, has been investigated b
y photoemission, both in the UV and X-ray photoenergy ranges. The partial M
n 3d DOS has been determined from resonant photoemission spectra, the valen
ce of the several constituting atomic species was ascertained from XPS resu
