This study investigated the degree of consensus between stakeholders regard
ing the most important employment outcome expectations for community-based
rehabilitation programs (CRPs) as well as optimal time frames for determini
ng such outcomes. Opinions of matched sets of CRP providers, funding agents
, and consumers were surveyed to determine the degree of consensus that exi
sted regarding employment outcome expectancies. In total, 42 sets of all th
ree were analyzed. This analysis found that 63 of the 66 variables studied
did not show a significant difference. The study also revealed that the top
concerns among all three groups were related to quality of employment, qua
lity of services, and opportunity for informed choice.
