Abstract
Based on numerical results obtained from solutions to integral equations, o ther numerical results and theoretical considerations, a set of three-dimen sional close-form formulae is presented for approximate calculation of freq uency-dependent interconnect inductance. Extensive verifications reveal tha t the accuracy obtained by these close-form formulae is better than 5% for a wide range of parameters. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reser ved.
