Abstract
Using a monolithic X-ray interferometer having the view size of 25 mm x 25 mm, phase-contrast X-ray CT (PCCT) was performed for non-formalin fixed liv ers of two normal rats and a rabbit transplanted with VX-2 cancer. PCCT ima ges of liver and cancer lesions resembled well those obtained by formalin f ixed samples. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
