Abstract
A multipurpose system has been constructed for ion and electron measurement s. The system can be used as a time of flight ion mass spectrometer, conven tional electron spectrometer or threshold electron spectrometer. In the fut ure it is planned to use the system as a coincidence spectrometer between i ons and electrons with selected kinetic energies.
