Abstract
This report describes the induction of a for-field endless loop tachycardia by hyperkalemia in a patient with severe heart disease. Ventricular activa tion was so prolonged that the atrial channel sensed the far-field ventricu lar deflection within the atrial electrogram beyond the 300 ms postventricu lar atrial refractory period.
