Abstract
The practice of environmental health is concerned with the protection of th e community. There are a number of tools used for assessment of environment al hazards, but environmental health is most reliant on the use of risk ass essment. Risk assessment is a set of tools used to assess hazards on a comm unity level, based on human studies, ecological studies, or toxicity testin g of animals.
