Harmonic oscillator in a space with a linear topological defect

We have considered an elastically bound particle in a space with a combined linear topological defect, that is a disclination plus a dislocation. We h ave found the exact expression for the energy eigenvalues and eigenfunction for the harmonic oscillator in a medium without electric field and placed in a uniform electric field.
