Abstract
An experimental study is made of the effect of the solution ionic strength and the nature of a cation (Li, Na, K, Mg, Ca, Sr, and Ba) on fixation of c ounterions on polysulfonate anions in aqueous solutions of poly-2-acrylamid o-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and copolymers of acrylamide and N-vinylpirr olidone with 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid.
