A method is proposed for intensifying sorption extraction of uranium from s
ilicon-containing solutions and pulps using strongly basic anionites with g
el and porous structure. The method decreases the degree of poisoning of th
e sorbent by silicon compounds, increases the saturation capacity of the so
rbent with respect to the uranium reaching desorption, aril decreases the c
oncentration of uranium in the waste solutions: A multicyclic process of so
rption-desorption of uranium tinder conditions where polymer forms of urany
l are formed was studied. The technological scheme of the silicon desorptio
