e behavior of organisms as it is to their origins. Skinners theoretical wri
tings have guided operant psychologists in this area. The behavioral accoun
t of selection by Donahoe and Miner (1994) is positively compared to the po
ints oil operant selection made by Hull et al. The "general account of sele
ction" was found to be useful.
