Abstract
There are an increasing number of reports concerning complications aft er laparoscopic cholecystectomy, We report a case of persistent elevat ion of serum alkaline phosphatase and spillage of several gallstones t hrough an abdominocutaneous sinus tract to the umbilicus with spontane ous resolution.
