K2TiNbP2O13 single crystals (monoclinic structure, a = 13.788 Angstrom, b =
6.418 Angstrom, c = 16.927 Angstrom, beta = 97 degrees) were grown from of
f-stoichiometric K2O-TiO2-Nb2O5-P2O5 melts, and their habit was described.
The 300 degreesC electrical conductivity or the crystals was determined to
be 5 x 10(-4) S/cm.
