Abstract
The densities and dynamic viscosities of aqueous solutions of sodium chlori de, fructose, and fructose + sodium chloride were measured at temperatures from (20 to 40) degreesC. The concentration range studied for both sodium c hloride and fructose was (0 to 4) mol.kg(-1). For fructose + sodium chlorid e solutions, the experimental values were correlated with the concentration of sodium chloride. The maximum deviation was always less than 0.2%.
