Densities, speeds of sound, and refractive indices of the ternary system co
mposed of ethyl acetate, hexane, and acetone and the binary combinations of
these constituents have been measured. The excess molar volumes and isentr
opic compressibility and molar refraction changes. of mixing were calculate
d and correlated using the Redlich-Kister expression.
