Abstract
We report a 51-year-old woman with the Brownell-Oppenheimer (cerebellar) va riant of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD). She had the typical findings of b ilateral basal ganglion changes on MRI, as well as changes in the cerebellu m and hippocampus. This case adds further information to the known imaging characteristics of CJD.
