Abstract
Chordomas are histologically benign tumours which are locally invasive. We present an unusual case of recurrent chordoma with subcutaneous implantatio n and widespread meningeal dissemination after surgery. Contrast-enhanced M RI was useful for determining the extent of the tumour.
